SCF Healthcare Clubhouse

Spark Design, LLC — Revit + Enscape

Commercial healthcare facility for Southcentral Foundation. Developed custom nested family for siding system—replaced inefficient panel-by-panel model with line-based family and custom void cuts for openings. Modeled decorative glass frit pattern visible from interior and exterior. Created custom staircase family with glass railings and integrated handrails. Modeled custom fence and all site landscaping based on landscape architect’s design.

Homer, AK — Spark Design, LLC

Branch renovation project. Modeled existing conditions from legacy hand-drawn documents and Google Maps imagery. Created accurate terrain and site context. Redesigned parking lot with drive-through ATM to test feasibility on limited lot. Applied shou sugi ban and green siding materials in coordination with design lead.
